When you submit an application through our website, your information may be shared with one or more lending partners to evaluate your request. Any loan offer you receive is made by the lending partner, not by BrightPath Finance. You are under no obligation to accept any offer.

4. Credit Inquiries and Authorization

By submitting an application, you authorize BrightPath Finance and its lending partners to:

• Perform a soft credit inquiry to provide you with a rate estimate (this does not affect your credit score)
• Verify your identity and the information you provide
• If you accept a loan offer, perform a hard credit inquiry, which may impact your credit score

5. Rates, Fees, and Loan Terms

All loan terms — including APR, loan amount, monthly payment, and fees — are determined by the lending partner and are subject to credit approval. Key disclosures:

• APR ranges from 5.99% to 24.99% depending on creditworthiness
• Loan amounts range from $2,000 to $100,000+
• Repayment terms range from 24 to 84 months
• Origination fees of 0% to 6% may apply
• No application fees and no prepayment penalties

The lowest rates are reserved for the most creditworthy applicants. Not all applicants will qualify for the lowest rate or largest loan amount. Your actual rate and terms will be presented in your loan offer.

6. TCPA Consent and Communications

By providing your phone number and consenting on our application form, you agree to receive calls, text messages (including via autodialer or prerecorded messages), and emails from BrightPath Finance and its lending and marketing partners regarding your application or related products. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message or contacting us.

7. Accuracy of Information

You agree that all information you provide through our Services is truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in denial of your application and may constitute fraud, which could result in legal action.
